We had an amazing day at Dovecote which in no small part was down to Mel and the team. The venue itself is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. The barn has a lovely rustic feel to it and the adjacent courtyard was perfect for canapés. We had our wedding breakfast in the tepee which, being slightly different from your standard wedding venue, we and our guests loved. You can really tell that Dovecote is a family run business as the team were very friendly and couldn't be more helpful during planning and the actual day. The food was great as well and given they do it all in house was pain free to organise. The food tasting was one of the highlights! Overall we would thoroughly recommend Dovecote as a wedding venue, we and all our guests had a great time. Thanks to Mel, Matt, Nicki and everyone else who made our day the best it could possibly be.
