Meetings and Conferences
Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the corporate world Bo Peep Farm offers an excellent setting for meetings of any size. For smaller numbers, meetings can be held in Dovecote Barn, a beautiful and characterful building complete with breakout areas and outdoor space. Exclusively yours for the duration of your event and with a member of the team always close to make sure your requirements are met.

Bo Peep Farm, the home of Dovecote Events offers a picturesque rural setting with acres of space for a huge range of activities. The land can be hired separately or as part of a package to including meeting facilities and quality catering for your day. We work closely with local companies providing excellent outdoor activities, demonstrations and inspiring courses.
Accommodating up to 100 delegates, Dovecote Barn provides the perfect rural backdrop where you can literally ‘get away from it all’. An historic building with underfloor heating, breakout spaces, attractive walled courtyard and lawn, built-in sound system, atmospheric lighting and its very own dovecote.
Set in rolling countryside and overlooking a deer park it really is an opportunity to ‘wow’ your clients and colleagues. Custom built to accommodate up to 250 delegates, our marquees are provided in-house and can be equipped by our industry partners with a wide range of lighting, AV and staging options. Marquees are a flexible option for all number of events including corporate parties, large-scale conferencing, awards ceremonies, family fun days and corporate away days.
Dovecote Events is now proud to be able to offer a truly distinctive and creative environment for corporate events that will set your event aside from the rest. Take the opportunity to add a unique twist to your event by hiring our three-hat all-weather tipi. Situated amongst green parkland in your very own private setting and complete with a spacious bar area, wooden flooring, toilet facilities and heating if required, the tipi makes an excellent venue for company celebrations, unique dining experiences or as a meeting space as part of a team building day.
For meetings in Dovecote Barn
Day delegate rate from £76 per person (based on a minimum of 25 people, available Tuesday to Thursday) to include:
- Hire and exclusive use of Dovecote Barn between 9am and 5pm
- Plenty of free, onsite parking
- Free wi-fi
- Tea and coffee on arrival
- A further two servings of tea and coffee with homemade cake and fresh fruit
- Two course tasty buffet lunch served fresh from the Dovecote kitchens
- Water and orange juice replenished throughout the day
- Projector and screen with flip chart and pens
Discounts are available for groups of 40 or more. Prices exclude VAT.
